FIG. 6 shows the circuit breaker control and signal loop of SW4-110 circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism. Contact SQS1 in the closing coil can only be closed. With automatic reclosing, if a permanent fault, the spring is not late (9S), so it cannot overlap for the second time. A "skip" loop was still added for reliability.
When the KAC is started by the KQT of the trip position relay, one end of the KQT coil shall be connected between the SQS and the QF. If before SQS, after KAC coincides with a permanent fault, the spring storage energy is released, SQS is opened, KQT is lost, disconnect the starting circuit of KAC, and the capacitance in the reclosing relay is sufficient, the SQS closes, the KQT coil is charged, KAC starts, and another reclosing. In this case, if the control switch is not disconnected in time, it will be repeated repeatedly.
